Prince Harry snubbed of birthday tribute from palace due to ‘working royal’ policy

News.com.au Royal Reporter Bronte Coy says the palace did not acknowledge Prince Harry’s birthday this year after a policy change.

The change in policy comes after the Queen’s death and the King took the throne with the birthday of the prince going without mention due to him not being a working royal.

“The policy changed last year after the Queen died … the policy now is they do birthday tributes to working royals,” Ms Coy told Sky News host Caroline Di Russo.

“It’s not a surprise.

“It’s just one of those official reminders that again he’s totally out of the fold.”
