The Naitasiri Under-20 rugby team is leaving no stones unturned as they prepare for their Skipper Cup clash against Ba at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori, tomorrow.
Speaking to SUNsports yesterday, Naitasiri U20 head coach Lasarusa Senibale said they have been preparing well.
“We cannot underestimate this Ba team,” the wily coach said.
“Right now I don’t know anything about this Ba side or have watched them play. But if they are playing at the Skipper Cup level, then we must do our homework to prepare for them.”
Senibale said teams like Ba are out to cause an upset if they are given a chance to play to their strength.
“We’re cautious in our approach and we’ve continued on with our preparations.”
Last Saturday’s Skipper Cup U20 saw Naitasiri beat Suva 22-21 at Bidesi Park and is now qualified for the play-offs.
